Ms. Ayres is an accomplished lawyer with over 35 years experience in business and nonprofit law. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and completing a judicial clerkship she practiced with a regional Philadelphia law firm as an associate and then a partner. Since then she has concentrated her practice in matters of corporate strategy and structuring and general business counseling for both for-profit and nonprofit entities.
